Well 2012 has been quite a year!  You might remember that I started my blog just over one year ago and this past year this little "side project" has seen a lot of new visitors so thank you all! 

I was looking back at my 2012 home goals list and it appears we made a good sized dent in the list.  There are a few projects that we will carry over into 2013 as well as add a few new ones.
